Terms of Service
Using Pokist means you agree to this page. If you read nothing else: what you write is yours, don't post what isn't yours, and don't use this place to mislead people.
Your content stays yours
You keep the copyright in the lists you create, the notes you write, and the photos you upload. Making a list public grants us a licence to display it on Pokist and let others view and share it. That licence ends when you delete the content.
What not to post
- Photos you did not take, or text you did not write.
- Paid recommendations without saying so. Sponsorship is allowed; hiding it is not.
- Harassment, hate, or attacks on specific people.
- False business information, or lists pointing at places that do not exist.
We remove content that breaks any of the above. Repeated breaches result in account suspension.
Where place data comes from
Place names, addresses and coordinates come from Google Maps Platform and are subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Opening hours and whether a business is still trading can go out of date — check before you travel.
This service is early
Pokist is free today and still changing. Features may change, be removed, or break. We back the database up daily, but we cannot offer a legal guarantee against data loss — keep your own copy of anything important.
If paid features are introduced, the terms covering payment will be written separately and shown to you before you pay.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
